   Which was a rule made up by those old shamans in Sumerian times. Maybe   
   they were afraid they would loose control if there were more Slayers?

   I I remember correctly the potentials were isolated at a young age and   
   instructed. There even was some handbook Giles decided not to bother with.   
   The whole thing also reminds me of the detection of Force users in the   
   Wars universe. The idea was to take them as young as possible.
