   SAN DIEGO (NEWS 8) - Depression, anxiety and mental health as a whole is a   
   topic that is often ignored, but it is quickly becoming one of the utmost   
   importance.   
      
   Nick Brendon of 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' fame is bringing this important   
   topic to the light as a part of his “Happiness Runs Amok Tour.” The tour is   
   stopping in San Diego on Thursday for a night full of bowling and pizza.   
      
   People who are suffering from anxiety or depression as well as people who   
   aren’t are urged to get out of the house to hang with Nick at Basic beer &   
   Pizza in East Village. The event kicks off at 9 p.m. and runs through 11   
   p.m.
