   Ask For Help   
      
   'Sometimes the most adult thing you can do is... ask for help when you need   
   it.'   
      
   Although the series is primarily about fighting evil forces, it's also a   
   coming-of-age story, about watching the Scooby Gang figure out who they are,   
   and deal with all the best and worst parts of growing up. They are very   
   young for most of the show, and sometimes it's easy to forget that they are   
   basically kids at the start - but Giles is always there to remind them that   
   growing up doesn't have to mean never reaching out for help.
