   So, how much "real time" elapsed between episodes in-universe?   
      
      
   Seems like no time between some eps, as with the next ep after Hush. And   
   when Buffy found her mom dead in The Body. Other times it seems like a few   
   days or a week or more would pass. Just depends on the next story I suppose.
