   Well, I have empathy for them because they've Americans, but it sure is   
   weird that of all people the Republicans in Florida want to gut FEMA and   
   the National Weather Service, as they gain a LOT from their presence.   
   But they do seem to excel at doing whatever Trump's current mood dictates.
