   It's not true. Not so long ago, when the Atlanticism was still   
   optimistic under the delusion "Kiev can win", some key European   
   politicians (including those who were supposed to be guarantors   
   of those Accords) admitted bluntly there was, from the beginning,   
   no intention to comply with those agreements for real, but it   
   was rather seen as a way to give the Kiev regime more time for   
   military improvements. And when someone is lying through their   
   teeth, there is no point to talk, which stimulates the idea that   
   an action remains the only solution.
