   In the Ukraine case, initial violence up to killing of dozens   
   people was instigated by Atlanticist-backed faction. Now it has   
   already been proven the Atlanticist-backed folks arranged mortal   
   shooting there, which allowed them to make a coup / seize power.   
   The Atlanticism believed it can get away with it.
