   I've heard this before but I just don't buy it. I'm sure the   
   powers-that-be knew that the show was only aired on PBS stations in   
   America and nearly no one watches those channels. Most of the American   
   audience didn't have a clue the show existed and would never just   
   randomly tune into PBS in the hopes of seeing a hot babe in PVC (unless   
   we're talking about a baby bird in an incubator made of PVC).
