   Why would you want to do that?   
      
   If you are worried about low traffic on ATVRD then the creation   
   of another newsgroup with a simillar name won't do anything.   
   If anything it would diminish ATVRD even further by splitting   
   the pitifully low number of postings betwen two groups.
