   Agree with the sentement.   
      
   Think perhaps the way to win is for the writers to try new stuff.   
      
   I.e. Father Ted -> Black Books   
   Monty Python -> lots of stuff (Faulty Towers etc)   
      
   I rather likes "Darkages" myself.  Can't see it on DVD - nor Chelmsford 123.
