   I've been waiting years to use this one...   
      
   My boss called a meeting yesterday to introduce a prospective employee   
   - he thought it would be a good idea for her to meet the whole   
   department (all 6 of us) straight away so that we could determine how   
   she does in uncomfortable situations.  (We're software consultants,   
   and confidence in stressful situations is a basic need, but you can't   
   read it on a resume)   
      
   All the other introductions were made and I was the last one.  My boss   
   introduced me, gave a brief summary of what I did and I replied,   
   "Everyone just generally calls me Duke".  No one got the RD   
   connection, but it got big laughs all around anyway.   
      
   It was a good ice breaker for the meeting, but I don't think we'll be   
   offering her the job.
