There is currently no HD/Blu-ray release of Dwarf. I could see there
being a Blu-Ray release in the future but certainly not for another
few years, most of the fans will have bought the DVD's and there isn't
a big likelyhood of there being enough new extras to encourage people
who have already bought it to shell out again.

RD was never filmed in Widescreen (weird film effect for s7 apart)
never mind HD, and the clean up effect would be negligable compared to
the job that was done on the DVD's (or possibly just a better
   transfer).

There are only 2 reasons I could see a blu-ray version coming out
soon, one would be to tie in with a possible movie release (Not likely
at all), the other would be a release with a big documentry as to why
the movie wasn't made, maybe along with an audio version of the movie
   script as with Bodysnatcher.

Maybe it could be called Dead Dwarf.
