   but Red Dwarf was missing through Series Six and Seven, at least, were   
   as the alternate time-line Kochanski only crossed over (Duct Soup, at   
   least) after Arnold Rimmer became the new Ace Rimmer at the start of   
   Series Seven (Tikka to Ride).
