   I thought the same thing but then figured it was just to get a Skutter   
   in there somewhere for the fans and reasoned that perhaps Rimmer thinks   
   it's beneath him to do grunt work like hang something on the wall since   
   that's what Skutters are for (lame reasoning, I know but what the hell,   
   we had to have a Skutter somewhere!)
