   I was hoping the RD film (BtoE) would be similar to the Futurama films and   
   lead to a new series the way Futurama came back to Comedy Central (US).   
      
   Then again, for the analogy, does "Dave" (the network) have the money to   
   produce a new series of RD? Can they get DVD money from the new series?   
   American PBS funds for airing? Comedy Central funds for airing?   
      
   Then again Red Dwarf had a good run. Maybe it's time for a new series in the   
   RD spirit. :-)
