   No idea. I've never watched it (most "adult animations" are simply   
   crude garbage that I can't be bothered with). It's done by the same   
   people as awful "Rick and Morty".   
      
   I would guess that because they are from another planet, it is simply a   
   play on the phrase "polar opposites" since they find living on Earth   
   different to their original planet.
