   During the turn-of-tables scene where Apu is holding up Snake, at one point I   
   am pretty sure that Apu invokes the name of one of the Hindu Gods as "Vishnu   
   the Destroyer."   
      
   In Hindu tradition, Shiva is the Destroyer while Vishnu maintains life.   
      
   I wonder if this is a case of the writers getting it wrong, or if it is a case   
   of them getting it wrong on purpose to expose Apu's lack of knowledge of his   
   own religion and culture.
