She's obviously an accomplished student, but       things are pretty competitive, especially at top schools. For me to say       that an 8-year-old will clearly get a free ride, he or she better have a       pretty amazing distinction.              The Curse sure struck Marvin Hamlisch quickly.              BTW, in case people missed it, Homer did the Top Ten List on Letterman       the other night. It was the Top Ten Things I Love About America, one of       which was "It's the only country with cars. I assume." Of course, we       know that Homer has been in cars in France, Canada, Brazil, and Japan,       probably among others.
