   The Fox network began this Connecticut service coverage at 7:36, after   
   one act of the new The Cleveland Show, and it's still going at 8:30. I   
   am told that the original plan was to run the usual programming until   
   Obama went on to speak, then "pause" things for coverage until he was   
   done and resume where it left off. It sounds like that plan has   
   changed but the cutoff for the resumption of regular programming may   
   be the same (meaning, if true, that all of the new Simpsons episode   
   would go unshown since Obama hasn't begun yet).   
      
   If the new episode goes unshown on the east coast, I wonder if the   
   west coast will get it, or if the whole thing will slip to another   
   date. Anyone know?   
      
   (8:36: here he comes! It's been exactly an hour. How odd.)
