   At least twice, maybe more.  He appeared in an episode where a woman kills   
   her overbearing uncle, an inventor, only to find out one of his inventions   
   is "Robby".  The robot eventually develops the same overbearing personality   
   as the dead uncle.   
      
   He also appeared in the episode where "W.V. Whipple" attempts to automate   
   his industrial plant with computers and machines.  In the end, the board of   
   directors replaces Mr. Whipple with Robby.   
      
   I think there was a third one where he may have appeared in miniature as a   
   childrens gift (like he did on the Simpsons), but I can't remember it for   
   sure.
