   Eh, OK. Not awful but not great. Is 4 years too soon to repeat a   
   standardized-test plot? I feel like it might be. The parking meter   
   story was kind of forgettable (and done not too long ago by American   
   Dad), and sure could have used an ending. The part with the most   
   potential was the electricity rate hike, actually. Anyway...
