   All the stories were pretty enjoyable, the Dr. Seuss one most of all. Pretty   
   solid storytelling and humor style overall.

   ...neither Bob nor Mel seems to be present as a circus sideshow in the Freaks

   Previous episode stuff   
   AACX01: Another Treehouse of Horror that closely plays on the usual show's   
   opening (this time the season 20+ version).   
   There were also a number of references to other TOHs in there (for example,   
   2F03's "all work and no play" joke, 3F04's living Lard Lad, LABF14's monster   
   gang, music from an early one like 7F04 or so), so I wonder if every previous   
   one is represented in    
   some way.

   The fighter jet guy at the start of "Dead and Shoulders" says the kite is at 2   
   o'clock when it's pretty much dead ahead.   
      
   Blast from the past-ish   
   (Paging Don, if you didn't get this in the west!) Though you listed RABF04 as   
   the 7:00 episode for tonight in cities with no football coverage, what   
   actually ran (and yes, it was on the Fox network, not a local airing) was   
   Treehouse of Horror XX (LABF14),   
    which is not only a fairly rare (for today) 4th broadcast of an episode but   
   also a very rare network airing after the episode went to syndication   
   (possibly also the 4th, after 7F24, 9F08, 7G08 if I'm not missing any). I   
   wonder why, but I'm not    
   complaining.
