   "In the sweet light of Paris between the wars, ..." Burns says to Lila.   
   But which two wars?  All we know is that the Eiffel Tower has been built.   
   The Tower was opened in 1889.  And the Franco-Prussian War was 1870-71.   
   So I guess he means WWI and WWII.   
      
   Now we know how the Springfield Tire Fire started.   
      
   No way those balloons could lift Homer.
