   For the most part a lot of Simpsons eps aren't too dated that they can't work   
   in modern society, but there are occasions where you see an ep and can't help   
   but laugh at how it just doesn't hold up with how society and pop culture   
   changed. I think the    
   best example is the Mel Gibson episode. He's looked at as this amazing person,   
   and not too long after would that whole ball of bigotry would be unraveled.
