From: mxg77@po.cwru.edu              Mmmm, OK. As Ned and Homer episodes go it wasn't that impactful (in part       because it was only the end of the story and Ned seemed unusually petty),       although the hook that Homer's actually a bully of some sort to Ned was neat;       the Albert Brooks character        was fun enough (if not up to some classics) and the social commentary was       good. A few too many dumb gags too.                     DYN:       ...much of this episode conspicuously takes place in winter, even though       that's pretty much never when a 15 episode runs (things like RABF15       notwithstanding)? (I guess the timespan of the episode had something to do       with it...)       ...the cop car has a license plate 1DOOFUS?       ...a whole scene commenting on a TV star criticizing his writers, very       (perhaps impossibly) soon after this Conan O'Brien thing?                     That's it for notes this time.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
