   This felt like it was up and down, and hard to really get into despite the   
   interesting (if iffy) basic premise. But overall it was fine, and felt like   
   some classic Simpsons spirit. If only the gags weren't so odd and it weren't   
   so short (even with a 2-   
   minute couch gag and random jug band filler it's still below syndication   
   length). Well, till fall...

   too abusive of notation?

   "Starfleet Federation" isn't a thing? There's Starfleet and the United

   Book paper doesn't burn at 451F, which is fairly well known, but if I recall   
   correctly it actually burns around 451C, the book title being based on bad   
   research (still the joke is cute).   
   Surge protectors are meant for spikes and other power issues, not really too   
   much draw (which would trip power supplies or circuit breakers).

   -During the modernization the blackboards are replaced with smart boards, so   
   Bart can do his punishment more easily   
   -Lisa gets to say "Skinner!"   
   -"DOH" spelled out in acrostic fashion by cheering signs

   Speaking of which, the news came out this week that Harry Shearer is not

   not that it would surprise anyone that it's Harry leaving, but come on, man. I   
   have a feeling his voice will remain on the held-over TABF episodes, unless   
   contractually they are not allowed to use it for the next air season. Like   
   with Sam Simon's credits,
