   On Sunday 8/30, the 8:00 repeat of TABF15 (Bull-E) had another one-off   
   dedication (the second dedication in a row to be on an episode repeat), this   
   time for someone who worked on the show in various capacities (character   
   layout, assistant director, etc.).   
      
   After the executive producer credits and before the cast credits, a quick card   
   was inserted: under a Simpsons-style drawing, it said (no "of")   
   IN LOVING MEMORY   
   RICKY MANGINSAY   
      
   The rest of the credits went just a little faster to make room. According to   
   IMDb, he died on 8/13, but I see this episode was one he was AD on, so perhaps   
   that's why it was delayed.
