One of my favorite images is from one of the Treehouse of Horror episodes.   
   Homer finds a magic hammock that generates progressively dumber clones of him   
   (including a Peter Griffin). Lisa asks Bart "Does Dad seem a little dumber   
   than usual". Cut to one of the Homer clones with a blank look on his face,   
   bashing the car's grille    
   with a bat.
