   I don't think it is a sign of a less able mind.  I do think it is a sign   
   that they think they can get away with it and that they just don't care   
   if people object to their impoliteness.

   It seems clear from the comments that Barbara Bush knows what is going   
   on.  She is probably embarrassed, but really, what can she do about it?   
   It isn't like she can threaten to withhold sex or something.

   I agree completely.  The entire 'MeToo' campaign seems to muddle rape,   
   sexual assaults, harrasment, and cases where someone was simply   
   'rude'...and the rudeness is often just an effect of the bad pick up   
   line being unwanted.
