   Whatever. OK idea to revisit the Pin Pals, and OK Moe episode, but full of   
   dumb gags that don't make sense. What does the title mean?? There's no   
   singing, nor is there any connection to either work of the name Singin' in the   
   Rain that I am able to    
   discern. Quite short.
