From: mxg77@po.cwru.edu              Mildly interesting Homer and Marge couple trouble episode, but the timeliness       of the Stranger Things parody may age no better than that of the Lost one       years ago, and overall it felt a little lazy and basic. "How to make it up to       Marge" is an idea that's        been done to death and this had about one step to it (no pun intended). A lot       of gags fell flat too. Sorry. At least there was a nice juicy adult-female       role for Nancy Cartwright and it wasn't super short (but what was with the       couch gag and no TV??).              DYN:       ...Marge is pronouncing things really oddly (weird emphasis on "welcome wagon       basket" and stressed "u" sound in "rebuses")?                     Repeat notes       Tonight was the second airing of Werking Mom (XABF21). The Stan Lee dedication       was gone. The URLs flashed on screen near the start of act 2 were still there       and seem the same, though it can't be terribly long before they stop being       valid.              Last week (2/3) was the second airing of Bart's Not Dead (XABF19). Curiously,       the misspelling of "commision" (instead of the correct "commission") at the       end stayed, even though I expected it to be tweaked. You just never know, eh?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
