   That episode was terrible. Confusing. None of the jokes landed. Seemed   
   like it was written by someone who'd never even heard of the Simpsons

   About mid-way through the show I turned to my daughter and said "Even   
   for a show that passed its peak decades ago, this is a really bad   
   episode".  She agreed.

   That was the one joke that actually got a laugh out of me.   
      
   Speaking of "too broad", I thought the worst part was Mr. Burns   
   getting hit by cars and then bouncing from power line to power line   
   getting electrocuted...and then Family Guy did the exact same bit with   
   the handyman character about two hours later. Weird.
