   Both plots had promise, but wound up feeling lacking. Perhaps the deep   
   character-driven plots just can't work anymore, although the harsh truth   
   summing up the Homer/Abe story may have more going for it than I initially   
   thought. Lisa's story didn't really    
   have any time to develop and didn't make any sense anyway.   
      
   This episode joins the elite club of triple title references, assuming it,   
   Brother from the Same Planet (9F12), and Brother from Another Series (4F14)   
   all refer to Brother from Another Planet (tonight's title works better with   
   the knowledge of 9F12's    
   existence than as a direct pun though).   
      
      
   Airing 3 of UABF11 (My Octopus and a Teacher) was joined very much in progress   
   here, with the football game running late and then into a short overtime.   
   Surprisingly little post-game chatter and commercial placement, but for the   
   amount of the show they    
   actually ran, they might as well have chatted for a bit. The game ended just   
   before 7:17, and just before 7:23, the usual short NABF21 opening ran, then   
   three minutes of the episode, commercials, and credits. No compression or   
   dedications or anything    
   else odd.
