   Actually, Jeßus, that would be one that was almost universally hated when it   
   hit the small screen. I, myself, gave it the benefit of the doubt and   
   watched it again the following day. I found many elements of it funny the   
   first time around, while almost cringing at times. I've seen it about 5   
   times now and find it very funny.   
      
   I think it was a sort-of "shock value" thing in some ways. The premise was   
   so stupid, so I had to get that out of my system first. If Towelie, my   
   favourite character, hadn't been in it, I wouldn't have given it a
