   I think I found out what happened to mr Hat. In "The death camp of   
    tolerance" mr Garrison used mr slave to try and get him fired and must have   
   just stopped using mr hat while mr slave was the "teachers ass" (mr Hat was   
   in the first scene where he became the kids teacher again).   
      
   Why he didn't start using mr Hatt again after he became a "women" I don't   
   know. Maybe that helped him cope with his sexuality the way mr Hatt helped   
   him. If you saw the episode with dr Katz you'd understand.
