   It probably is an screenplay the psychologist wrote, and his testimony is   
   an attempt to sell it to the teevee studio.  Google the Andrea Yates case   
   where the forensic psychologist testified that she was sane and cited the   
   plot of a non-existent episode of "Law & Order" to support his diagnosis.
