There was no justifiable reason for a person of any profession to be carrying
a flashlight as he walks to work at night. But this doesn't seem right for a
country with ubiquitous video surveillance to go around broacasting images of
minor criminal offenses all over teevee and the internet, then prosecute
someone for illuminating a crime scene with a flashlight. The local police
probably have already planted hidden cameras in the bushes and wank it to
   the dogging action.
