   Man threatens to blow up indebted neighbor

   A man threatened to blow himself and his neighbor up in a bid to recoup   
   a debt but was later found to be carrying flour not explosives.   
      
   The man surnamed Chen from Changle, Fujian province, lent 1,000 yuan to   
   a villager who failed to repay the money within a month as per their   
   agreement.   
      
   On Oct 28, Chen barged into the man's home with a pack of flour after   
   drinking alcohol and threatened to ignite the explosives if he didn't   
   repay him.   
      
   Police soon arrived and found Chen's bag contained flour not explosives   
   after they snatched it from him.   
      
   Chen received a stern lecture but at least got his money back.
