   I just watched "The List".  How could I have forgotten that death, which is   
   probably one of the funniest?   
      
   For anyone else who can't recall how Kenny died in "The List", he was shot   
   through the head while eating dinner with his family after a bullet went   
   astray while Bebe and Wendy were wrestling over a gun on the school roof.   
   It's an absolute classic!
