   Terrorism is designed to strike terror among the populace. The Boston Tea   
   Party was designed to send a message to the government, not the people being   
   ruled. Maybe if they'd been cutting off heads of British seamen and   
   throwing those in the ocean instead of tea, there would be some comparison.
