Are there any instances where we can see a redshirt actually being thrown   
   upwards into the air by some event/attack?  As opposed to being tossed   
   sidewise, falling down a hole, and so on.  I know that in TOS, budgetary   
   constraints probably limited the options for such special effects.   
      
   I suppose I could settle for seeing a redshirt adrift in space, or in   
   mid-air after falling off a cliff, or something like that.   
      
   I'm just trying to find an example of "flying the red ensign".
