Mulder and Scully are called from retirement to report to Washington, D.C.
Both Mulder and Scully came to D.C. from their summer vacation in Southeastern
Wisconsin. After leaving Wisconsin, Mulder and Scully arrived and D.C. and
left promptly for L.A to
help the FBI stop what was being planned. To help, they contacted Condor and
Belinda along with the Lone Gunman...
On the way there, they remembered how the country and people have changed in
the five years since the original events happened. Instead of free speech, we
have free speech zones, and we are engaged in two wars, the first one
justified, the second one
questionable (Vietnam II)..
