   A RIGHTEOUS MEETING   
   [ This is a work of Fan Fiction of the X-files The X-files is created by Chris   
   Carter as well as the characters with exception of Condor and Belinda, as

   [   
   Wisconsin, Florida, and Sjy Harbor, a few years after the Acts. Two new   
   administrations, one honest, one machine-like with the X-files unit in   
   "hibernation."   
   ]   
      
   [Sky Harbor - Airport]   
   Belinda and Condor's flight has arrived to join friends in Tempe and   
   Scottsdale this season. Both Belinda and Condor are tanned from the late   
   summer through early winter in Dade City and Dania Beach. Also, they are   
   refreshed as they were able to spend    
   time in Cocoa surfing and enjoying the night life activities on the peer.   
   Flying to the airport, they are visiting a friend as well as responding for a   
   request to come for a visit now. It is odd that there friend would use the   
   word "now," it is something new. something new. The visit does remind them of   
   the days when they    
   worked on a computer aided diagnosis project that was as disruptive to some as   
   the x-files unit.   
      
   Looking around Sky Harbor, Belinda and Condor still have the same feelings   
   they have when they last visited; people are warm and friendly. Different from   
   Wisconsin were some are cold, rude, and mean all year round unless they are   
   high or drunk. They have    
   had enough of this; although, many in Wisconsin are O-Democrats, they play   
   political games and favors too. Belinda and Condor recently watched "13 Hours"   
   in the movie theater matinee along with others who do not rely on political   
   pull or favors, they are    
   there to watch the movie not to be seen as a PR stunt. They still wonder why a   
   political fundraiser was more important than responding for help of the people   
   in the 13 hour situation?   
      
   	"Hi, how are you," says a friend who live in Scottsdale. He dresses a bit   
   like David Bowie, and it is something that is like by both Condor and Belinda.   
   It is because he is still a free spirt like them and is a free spirit who is   
   dry and does not need    
   to become high. Also, he represents the Western thinking of many issues that   
   they like. Colorado allows certain types of things, but, the Western idea and   
   the responsibility of the individual to not "go western" is upheld; whereas,   
   in new Wisconsin, it    
   is not, which makes sober and non-high people feel like they are being used by   
   the high or drunk friends.   
   	"We are good!" With smiles and hugs, something that they missed with others   
   in the new Wisconsin. They can tell they're friend was right when they left   
   the new Wisconsin. It is not due to political parties, it is due to those who   
   use political nepotism    
   and nepotism in general; in essence, a huge small town where everyone who is   
   an aunt, uncle, cousin of someone can do what they want and those who related   
   to anyone can only expect to be used if they don't wish social isolation.   
   Condor and Belinda    
   remember there studies at the University of Phoenix and how liberating it is   
   for them to see people thinking like them for a better future everyone can   
   share and benefit fully from the creative endeavors without the old political   
   patronage or low-level    
   mafia of the new Wisconsin patronage or being used.   
   	"It is great to see you; I can tell, you are glad you are here. Let's head to   
   the house." As their friends puts they hugs bags in the car, they head to   
   Scottsdale on I-10 passing by the mall next to the Hilton where Belinda first   
   presented her research    
   in Phoenix '95 and loved the city and its' people. As they arrive to their   
   friends home, they see a fusion of Western and classical European influences.   
   Their friend is originally from Saltzburg and lived in the new Wisconsin too.   
   Yes, "too" is used as    
   it sounds, as a question or place, you should say no to.   
      
   [ D.C. And the City of Wind]   
   	"Sir, they are too happy. This is not right."   
   	"Let's see the CCTV and photo's. Yes, you're right, this is dangerous,   
   they're smiling, hugging, and not talking of politics or religion. Get square   
   A-1 ready." As they are planning, some of the committee is present as well as   
   some subordinate members.    
   The committee includes the well manicured-man and others. In the background,   
   is an older man who seems to like to smoke a lot of cigarettes and a blond   
   researcher, beautiful, with a Russian accent and intelligent.   
   	Condor and Belinda made their blip on the radar. They knew they would become   
   a blip because they choose not to live or give up on life as those in the new   
   Wisconsin have done by existing either drunk or high and then rude, mean, and   
   inhuman when they    
   are not. There are some in Wisconsin who know what it is like to live a life   
   without having to exist drunk or high and to know and takes steps to build a   
   better future; nepotism along with drunkenness and highs is a great control of   
   the society as the    
   committee present is finding out as well extremism on the right and light; the   
   moderates are still the ones who are living free, this is what worries them.   
      
   [ Scottsdale ]   
   Arriving at their friend's home and ranch, they see how he is able to move   
   forward to a better future; also, they two a man and woman waving to their   
   friend and them as they approach. Their friend house is connected; yet, he is   
   aware on how to connect    
   safely and what not to connect. No smart appliances here.   
   	Approaching the house, Condor and Belinda get a closer view of the man and   
   woman waving. They wonder; it is has been awhile, almost seventeen   
   years...Yes, it is them, why are they here.   
   	"Hi, we tried to contact you when you were in Cocoa and must have missed,"   
   said Mulder.   
   	"We were in the area and hoping to have a beach party and surf," said Scully   
   showing a picture of her surf bikini and top she bought at Ron Jons.   
   	Hugging, kissing, and a sense of Joy that they are still here. Condor and   
   Belinda had wondered what had happened seventeen years and why the City of   
   Wind didn't want the x-files group operating, maybe it is like the hidden   
   videos that were only realized    
   this Christmas season in the city of wind. All of the still wish the City of   
   Wind would have stayed in the City of Wind and not transplanted or DC or the   
   old Wisconsin.
