   A RIGHTEOUS MEETING   
   [ This is a work of Fan Fiction of the X-files The X-files is created by Chris   
   Carter as well as the characters with exception of Condor and Belinda, as

   Wisconsin, Florida, and Sjy Harbor, a few years after the Acts. Two new   
   administrations, one honest, one machine-like with the X-files unit in   
   "hibernation."

   Previously,   
   [ Scottsdale ]    
           "Knock, knock," about 9 p.m. On the door. It is a friendly knock and a   
   knock expected. Condor, Belinda, Mulder, and Scully's friend opens the door.   
   He seems to be expecting someone and has not told others as of yet. The four   
   are wondering who    
   could come at the this hour; yet, still trusting of their friend.    
           Their friend walks toward the door with ease and begins to unlock and   
   open the door. It is nice desert night and there is desert wind which allows   
   for all to enjoy a night time tea outdoors as well. The door is opened.    
           "Hi, I'm happy to see you; how was your flight." with suprise Condor,   
   Belinda, Mulder, and Scully see someone they haven't seen in years and not in   
   this setting. Belinda wonders and has a feeling as well as Scully; Condor and   
   Mulder are about to    
   go on red alert. Both Belinda and Scully calm them down with a touch and a   
   look to trust their friend.    
           "Our flight was good. We had to come on separate flights and separate   
   cities so as to not arouse suspicion. Mulder, Scully, Condor, and Belinda, we   
   need your help."    
           The man who seems to smoke quite a bit has changed they last saw him;   
   he realizes not to smoke in front of others and smokes where the smoke is not   
   inhaled by others. To Mullder and Scully, this is enough to begin a new   
   conversation. With    
   Unablond, the blond, Russian scientists now living and working in the US, she   
   understands the man who smoke a lot and is a friend, as he does confide in her   
   as Mulder confides to Scully and Condor confides to Belinda and each to each   
   other.    
      
   [ D.C. ]    
           "Is their a conference in Phoenix, this week?" The internet watcher   
   asks the supervisor.    
           "No, what has happened?" The supervisor is concerned and hopes it is   
   not this easy. Yes, it is this easy, the cigarette man and Unablond, the   
   blond, Russian scientists left big bread crumps like Condor and Belinda. She   
   wonders if they know what    
   they are doing; she can deflect so much for them. Then, she takes a minute,   
   and a ah-ha moment.    
           "Sir, what should I do?"    
           "Log it for tomorrow mornings report," she says. Hoping it is enough   
   time for them.   
      
   And, nohw onto to part 2,   
   [Scottsdale, that night]   
   The desert breeze feels wonderful to all. To Condor and Belinda, it is nice to   
   feel it again, the last time they felt it was 2009. It is still like the first   
   time they felt in 1995, and the dinner at the Hilton on one of the mountains   
   in the city.    
   Tonight, all of them are again at the restaurant on the mountain, the city   
   view is refreshing. A time to chat and enjoy the moment; a retro thing they   
   have done at Condor's and Belinda's suggestion is to leave the devices turned   
   off and in a special    
   holder that prevents even access when their device is "off." Many don't know   
   this that even when their cell phone, tablet, or laptop is off, it is not, it   
   is still transmitting, even if you are over your data limit.   
   	To all of them, a moment to spend a free internet night and later to enjoy   
   internet as free people used to before the acts and the sisters and brothers.   
   A night, like in 1995 at a time when each of them remembering signing the   
   Declaration of    
   Independence of Cyberspace and cyberspace, "internet," was free and   
   independent of the executive kill switch.    
   	What is interesting is that they are not talking politics or even thinking   
   politics. At that time, one didn't think of politics and loss of freedoms as   
   they had freedoms and will as well as rights to believe as they believe, the   
   media industry was    
   careful and being good knowing their audience would tuned out and go to a free   
   internet, then, if they tried their "mean world" tactics at the behest of ...   
   	For tonight, like in 1995 and even partially in 2009, freedom like it was.   
   Even in 2009, those in Phoenix realized the bill of goods sold to them and   
   many participated using the creative energies and resources and were burned.   
   The wind power initiative;    
   Condor and Belinda remember this and glad to see the people of Phoenix saw   
   something sooner and acted than others part of the country.   
   	Although, it is not 1995, there are areas and moments and people who make the   
   positive feelings and expression of freedom. It is like a weather report that   
   is sunny at the right times along with a little rain as needed. "Weather   
   report," something all    
   haven't thought about or applied daily since the University time at Phoenix.   
   They are smiling and beginning to think about applying and asking daily, what   
   is their weather report. They still practice silence cell phones and laptops   
   at 45.   
   	It is odd, liberals still don't understand or some enlightened liberals, who   
   are tired of being duped and being taken advantage, are starting to understand   
   the silence of cell phones, laptops at 45, and days of going free or using a   
   pathway to the free    
   internet of old. However, to their liberal friends and their jobs, they still   
   have to carry the party card and sing the American version of the   
   International; although, it is disguised as rock and roll as well as some rap   
   now days. No wonder why more    
   people and radio stations are going to country music;  Shania, Kaycee, Lee   
   Ann, and Dixie Chicks helped to reach others and let others listen and decide   
   for themselves in their music choices   
   	The dinner is being served; a southwestern delight with a side of the dinner   
   Condor and Belinda had in 1995. It is nice to be in Phoenix again with friends   
   all. Even the cigarette smoking man wasn't smoking as many cigarettes and   
   actually started to    
   smile; Unablond is having fun as well.   
      
   [A friend's home in Scottsdale]   
   	It is late and they looking at something through the freedom internet link;   
   it is disturbing what they read and see on videos that are not censured or   
   monetized. They wonder how Condor and Belinda were able to develop this link.   
   It is nice not to have    
   very page you view catalogued into a database and nice to not to let the links   
   you are without having the links passed to others who look before you do. In   
   essence, privacy; something missing in today's internet and internet life of   
   today.
