   I haven't seen an angel myself, but I believe that they would show up in a   
   recognizable form.  It would be logical for an angel to appear as a nurse   
   for Scully.   
      
   Excellent point, too.  I feel silly that I never thought about who she   
   really was (or what) until last night, but my curiosity's really up now.  I   
   think I may dig out my dvds and watch that ep again.
