I think all these elements are from the same story: Skinner comes   
   across Krycek in an emergency room. Krycek has been raped. Skinner   
   takes him home & sort of takes care of him. He ends up calling in a   
   doctor friend (not Scully) who sees signs of psychological trauma that   
   Skinner hasn't noticed (something about Krycek stiffling his own   
   screams, etc). Krycek slowly recovers & does some   
   computer-type/code-cracking work for the FBI but has a fear of leaving   
   the apartment - he is physically incapable of going out the door.   
   Skinner helps him move further towards the door each night. Sound   
   familiar to anyone?   
      
   This is driving me crazy! I've come across this story accidently   
   several times & now when I go looking for it, I can't find it. Thanks
