   AN INTERESTING X-11 X-FILE

   [ July 25th – Racine, Wisconsin ]   
      
   Mulder and Scully are visiting a friend of the Lone Gunman and Condor   
   who helped them with their past cases. Although, the X-Files was shut   
   down near the end of 2001, Mulder and Scully still pursue X-Files cases   
   on their own time. Currently, the agency has them separately assigned to   
   other duties with Scully being a glorified, medical secretary and   
   Mulder, a glorified file clerk.   
      
   As the approach, one of the newer bookstores, the notice an official   
   report. The report details what happen prior to their being reassigned   
   near the end of 2001…   
      
      
   [ Same Day, Suburban D.C. Virginia ]   
      
   “Sir, I noticed that Mr. Mulder has purchased the report and the   
   companion testimonial report,” said an operative.   
      
   “Good, this follows our prediction about Mulder and Scully’s reaction,”   
   said the commander. The commander is happy because he wishes Mulder and   
   Scully to resume the X-Files, but he needs them to take the official   
   step to insist that it be reinstated. Although, the organization he is   
   working with does not wish for the X-Files to be reinstated.   
      
      
   [ July 26th, Racine, Wisconsin ]   
      
   Mulder and Scully start to read the report. With Mulder being a speed   
   reader, he is able to scan the report up to chapter nine quickly.   
   Scully, is taking her time comparing the motifs and actions of that day.   
      
   “Fox, it is interesting, in this report, that the one group who did the   
   one action in MU overslept and missed three flights. They eventually   
   caught the fourth flight that was used to bomb one tall building.   
   Imagine, if they had overslept more,” said Scully?   
      
   Mulder scanned the report, but someone missed that important point. He   
   is thinking what would have happened in MU if that second flight had not   
   been able to do what it did? There still would have been people killed   
   and hurt. There still would have been dirt and rubble. But, one icon   
   would have stood.   
      
   “Dana, where is that section of the report,” asked Mulder?   
      
   “Here, Fox, can you imagine the possibilities if both groups had   
   overslept,” said Dana???   
      
      
   At the moment, in the coffee shop, was Condor and Unablond having a   
   passion fruit ice tea. Mulder and Scully just noticed them, and Condor   
   and Unablond came to talk with them.   
      
   “Fox, Dana, it is wonderful to see you. We thought you disappeared off   
   the face of the Earth after 2001. Can we go somewhere else, we both need   
   to share something with you…,” said Condor. Fox and Dana went into   
   Condor’s car and left their car in the mall parking lot.   
      
      
   [ July 27th, Boston ]   
      
   Another group is considering the changes we went through in 2001, and   
   what can be done to reduce and send home the troops still stuck in   
   various parts of the world. However, being liberal, they are trying to   
   co-opt an old strategy of “declaring peace and go home.”   
      
   [ July 27th, Suburban DC ]   
      
   “Sir, the one group in Boston made the statement regarding the war,”   
   said the clerk.   
      
   “What is it,” said the commander.   
      
   “It is a new variation of ‘Declare Peace and Go Home.’”   
      
   “Good, they still have not done their homework yet. Keep up the good work.”   
      
   [ July 28th, 2004 ]   
      
   “Fox, you must restart the X-Files,” pleaded Condor knowing that only   
   Fox could get the X-Files reinstated.   
      
   “Well, the last time, they put in a special medical wing, and reassigned   
   Scully as a secretary…,” said Fox.   
      
   “Remember, you need to get your confidence back and spirit back to   
   investigate and question like you and Scully did before the 2000   
   election and the events of 2001. If you don’t we will become less of a   
   democracy and more of a monarchy, not Americans. We need to continue to   
   question, even when two cities are bombed, especially then. If not, we   
   will no longer be free,” said Condor.
