   Could be, but in this case, I think both of them were going to feel a BUNCH   
   of guilt, no matter what. But it wasn't Xena's hatred of Caesar that caused   
   this to happen. Might be able to make a case for her feelings about Ares   
   causing it, emphasis on might, but not Caesar. I mean Caesar's thing was   
   long ago and they've had no contact since then. Ares has constantly been   
   trying to 'woo' Xena back into the fold(and presumably his bed), and has no   
   scruples about achieving that. He proved himself untrustworthy. And wouldn't   
   you know, the one time he actually does tell the truth, it gets him nowhere.   
   That's what happens when you don't listen to your mother. 'course his mother   
   was Hera, so maybe he did ;-)
