   That's really pathetic. Especially given that every "action girl"   
   character of the past 15 years probably owes at least a partial debt   
   to her model. I recall reading that Joss Whedon is a fan of X:WP, too,   
   and even Quentin Tarantino.   
      
   BTW: You can encounter mentions of Xena in the unlikeliest places.
