   Now you're rowing back. Your "Opium in the Roman Empire?" undeniably   
   implied that you thought that the Romans did not use opium at all. :-P   
   You should have said something like "Smoking opium in the Roman Empire?"   
   or "Opium as a recreational drug in the Roman Empire?", rather.   
      
   And just before you accuse me of nit-picking, think again ... :-P
